🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, you can return your item within 10 days of receiving it (based on receipt or tracking info), as long as it’s unworn and in original condition.
📧 Please contact us via email before returning any item. Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- ❌ Received the wrong item
- 📦 Item arrived damaged or with defective packaging
- ⚠️ Product has manufacturing defects
- ⏱️ Delivery was delayed beyond the expected timeframe
- 🚫 Courier did not allow inspection before payment
📦 Return Conditions
- 👕 Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging
- 📬 Products should be securely wrapped and packed in a protective carton box (preferably the one used for delivery)
- ✉️ Returns without prior email notification may not be accepted
